Türkiye's leading insulation brand İzocam undergoes a strategic change in management. As of February 9, 2026, Kerem Kürklü is assigned Managing Director of İzocam.
A new era of leadership has begun at İzocam, underpinned by a stronger management structure in line with the company's sustainable growth targets. Kerem Kürklü, with over 20 years of leadership experience in operations across Türkiye, the Middle East, Africa, and South and East Europe, has been appointed the new Managing Director of İzocam.
Following his graduation from Galatasaray High School, Kerem Kürklü completed his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Middle East Technical University and master’s degree in Management and Economics of Innovation from Chalmers University of Technology. He is fluent in both English and French. As Managing Director of İzocam, Mr. Kürklü will lead the company’s long-term strategic objectives, its pursuit of operational excellence, a stronger corporate governance structure, and an innovative and robust corporate culture.
In his earlier roles at Avery Dennison, Kordsa Global, and 3M, he successfully managed multinational industrial operations, large-scale manufacturing facilities, and cross-functional teams. He was most recently CEO of Onduline
Avrasya. Kürklü is widely recognized for effectively leading transformation processes, strengthening operational systems, and building a high-performance culture.
Murat Savcı, who is handing over the role of Managing Director following a successful tenure, will continue to serve on the İzocam Board of Directors and will pursue his career as CEO of Saint-Gobain Türkiye.
