İzocam was quick to take many world-class measures to safeguard both our employees and you, our esteemed stakeholders, as the global pandemic began.
We continue to enforce these measures with great diligence.
As previously announced, our colleagues at our Head Quarter as well as various Sales Directorates have been working from their homes since March 16th, 2020 and maintain their ordinary operations via e-mail and on their mobile phones to continue with the sales processes smoothly.
To manage the process professionally, we have set up a Crisis Communication Desk effective as of early March and planned all our sales and customer care activities based on our Emergency Action Plans to offer you the best service possible.
The continuity of business activities as well as the availability of products and services are of the utmost importance for the future of our world. We acknowledge the fact you share our concerns and are monitoring the measures that you take at these times.
We all have our parts to play in this process. We are aware of our responsibilities as the leader of this industry, are trying to take the most effective measures and will maintain our services. Unless unforeseeable conditions force our hand or the government issues an order, we shall continue our production activities.
