Training and Development Programmes

Based on the results from our annual competency and goal-oriented performance assessments, we organise training sessions on on-boarding, occupational, technical, quality, environment and occupational health, safety, information security management system, personal development, foreign languages and computer usage to help our employees move up the career ladder and develop themselves.

HYPE! – Next Generation Program

Launched with the aim of discovering young talents and supporting them on their career journey, our HYPE Program is open to recent university graduates and candidates with up to five years of professional experience. Following HR interviews, tests, assessments and face-to-face meetings, successful candidates are hired under the HYPE Program a 24-month career acceleration initiative. During the first 12 months, participants gain experience in two different departments. At the end of their first year, they are assigned to their final position and enrolled in accelerated training programs designed to support both their professional development and personal growth.

Applications for the HYPE Program are accepted each year between January 15 and February 28.

Internship Programs

Undergraduate and associate degree students in their 3rd or 4th year who are required to complete a compulsory internship are eligible to apply. Following the general interview, tests, and assessment processes, suitable candidates are placed in the relevant departments. Internship applications to our company can be submitted between January 1 and April 15 each year.
