In addition, providing employees with equal opportunity to be involved in short-, medium- and long-term projects and offering them effective Employee Experiences on their career paths is a part of our career management philosophy.
Based on the results from our annual competency and goal-oriented performance assessments, we organise training sessions on on-boarding, occupational, technical, quality, environment and occupational health, safety, information security management system, personal development, foreign languages and computer usage to help our employees move up the career ladder and develop themselves.
As part of our Young Insulators Internship Programme*, our interns both receive an on- boarding training and work on a project assigned to them by their relevant unit. Internship applications may be submitted in January 1 - April 15 annually and the results are announced in May 15 - 30.
*Only submissions from those who are required to attend an internship programme are considered.
