Integrated Management System Policy

Our primary objective is to spread energy saving awareness, ensure maximum benefit from insulation comfort and contribute to the protection of the environment by maintaining our reliable leadership in the insulation sector in our country and neighboring countries.

Our company's Management Systems understanding includes meeting the demands and expectations of the relevant parties that constitute our context, fully and on time, in accordance with national and international standards, taking into account internal and external matters, protecting the environment, maintaining energy efficiency, and fulfilling all legal and other requirements for which we are responsible, with sensitivity, provided that occupational health and safety (OHS), which is our primary priority, is ensured in all our activities.

Within the framework of this policy, we, as İzocam, declare and undertake to:

• Produce in accordance with national and international product standards,
• Promote quality-improving ideas and support research and development activities,
• Set targets focused on continuous improvement in Quality, Environment, OHS and Energy Management Systems, provide the necessary resources to achieve these targets and evaluate their level of fulfillment,
• Encourage the participation of relevant parties such as our suppliers and customers in the continuous improvement of management systems, their training and communication activities with these parties,
• Take relevant actions and opportunities that will reduce OHS risks by eliminating possible dangers in order to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for all employees, contractors and visitors and to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases,
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by meeting the demands and expectations of our customers in a timely and environmentally friendly manner,
• Consult with employees and employee representatives, obtain their opinions and ensure their participation in the context of practices related to Quality, Environment, OHS and Energy,
• Comply with the regulations that ensure that the product does not harm the user and the environment throughout its life cycle, from the procurement of its raw materials to its disposal,
• Recycle the waste that may arise in the production and use of our products and services and reduce the adverse environmental impacts that may occur,
• Carry out activities aimed at reducing climate change, use sustainable resources, produce products that serve this purpose, minimize energy consumption and improve energy performance,
• Support efforts in this field by increasing the environmental awareness of our suppliers and customers, and
• Comply with all legal, regulatory and relevant requirements regarding Quality, Environment, OHS and Energy, for which we are responsible.
