İzocam set its 2020 strategy together with its dealers

 Gathering with its dealers at the 9 meetings held in November and December 2019, İzocam consulted with over 100 dealers to plan for 2020.

 
The leader of the insulation industry, İzocam, held regional dealer meetings at various locations to operate more closely and to set its 2020 strategy together with its dealers. At the round table events which gathered the dealers reporting to various sales managers at the 9 meetings held between the dates November 21 and December 24 2019, action plans and the roadmap for 2020 strategy were determined. Taner S. Şahin, Director of Sales and Marketing at İzocam, was the moderator of the regional dealer meetings hosted by İzocam.
 
The first of the series of meetings, where all dealers reporting to İzocam’s sales directorates had equal say to voice their opinions and contributed to the planning of the 2020 strategy, was held at Istanbul Whyndam Kalamış Hotel on November 21-22 for the dealers reporting to the Regional Directorate of Adana.
 
The second meeting was held at Büyük Abant Hotel on November 26-27 2019 for the dealers reporting to the Regional Directorate of Ankara.
 
İzocam dealers working with Bursa Sales Office met at Mola Cunda Hotel on November 28-29 2019 while İzocam dealers reporting to the Regional Directorate of Istanbul were hosted at two sessions held at Elite World Spa Hotel on December 4-5-6.  The Dealers of İzocam Tekiz Sales Directorate gathered at Polenezköy Villagepark Hotel on December 9-10, while the dealers reporting to the Regional Directorate of İzmir gathered at Alaçatı Alavya Alaçatı Hotel on December 11-12.
 
The exports dealers gathered at Armada Hotel on December 16-18 in the historical atmosphere of Istanbul. Finally, the leading İzocam dealers handling papier-mache sales gathered at Istanbul Whyndam Kalamış Hotel on December 24.
 
Attended by over 100 dealers, the meetings allowed the exchange of views and ideas, and the dealers’ sales and marketing requirements were identified considering the current status of the market in 2020. All these efforts laid the groundwork for the 2020 strategy.
