Organized by İzocam for dealers and their customers, annual İzodemi trainings will be carried out in September, October and November. Held with a different theme each year, Izodemi trainings’ 2016 theme is “Winning Negotiation”.
Organized since 2010, İzodemi trainings aim to enhanve sales skills by offering the right product according to customer needs and by using the effective negotiation methods. Training consists of case studies, useful information and topics including “What is negotiation?”, “Definition of a successful negotiation”, “Negotiation roadmap”, “Perception and rational peace”, “Balance of power”, “Negotiation strategies”, “Negotiation on the phone”, “Negotiation by email”, “Negotiation tactics”, "Positive and negative behaviors.”
Trainings will take place in Antalya on 29 September, in Bursa on 11 October, in Istanbul on 27 October, in Denizli on 3 November, in Ankara on 9 November, in Konya on 10 November, in Erzurum on 17 November, in Adana on 23 November and in Eskişehir on 30 November.
Believing in the power of training in its business processes, İzocam continues to organize trainings with different theme each year, to contribute to the sector development. Through these trainings, İzocam aims to raise awareness in representatives of the industry while boosting their capacities and competences. Within the scope of İzodemi trainings, one of the training programmes İzocam organizes for dealers and their customers every year, approximately 2800 people have been reached so far in 128 training sessions.
