The most prestigious business and management magazine Harvard Business Review listed the best performing CEOs working in big publicly held corporations.
Izocam General Manager Nuri Bulut is named "Best Performing CEO" in the category of "Building Sector" in a research conducted by Harvard Business Review in corporation with INSEAD Business School. Managers in the short list were announced in a ceremony held in Wyndham Grand Levent in Wednesday, January 20th. Koc System General Manager Mehmet Nalbantoglu and Harvard Business Review Turkey Executive Editor Serdar Turan delivered opening speeches at the ceremony and Matt Judge from Principal at Eight Inc. delivered a speech entitled “Can performance be designed?.
In the ceremony in which the “Best Performing CEOs” received their awards, Deputy General Manager of Financial and Administrative Affairs of Izocam Doruk Ozcan received the award on behalf of Nuri Bulut. Izocam General Manager Nuri Bulut said he was honoured to be considered as the Best Performing CEO of Building Sector and added: “We enjoyed many significant achievements that moved our organization further in our 50th anniversary and the following year. This award is a token showing that Izocam employers work indefatigably and consistently regardless of the conditions. This means so much not just to me but to the entire Izocam family. Always working to achieve the best under the responsibility of being the leader of insulation industry in Turkey, Izocam is ranked in 279th place in "Top 500 Large Industrial Enterprises of Turkey 2014" that is organized by ISO and published in 2015. Being ranked among the top 100 valuable brands in 2015 Report of Brand Finance Turkey, Izocam also received “ISIB Successful Exporters Award” in April 2015 for its successes in exports in 2014. Believing that the economical indications are not enough for an organization’s sustainable success, Izocam made significant progress on occupational health and safety in their Stone Wool Plant in 2014 and received the "Best Safety Improver" award given by Isover.
