Organized by Izocam for dealers and dealer customers, annual Izodemi trainings were carried out in October and November. Held with a different theme each year, 2015 theme of Izodemi trainings’ was “Effective Sales Trainings.”
To be held for the fifth time this year, Izodemi trainings were organized with the aim to specify sales stages and to improve sales skills in relation to customer needs. The content of trainings included “what is sales, what is not?”, “sales stages”, “persuasion methods”, “what is classical sales?”, “what is big sales?”, “smart questions in sales” as well as case studies and useful information about closing the sales process.
Trainings took place on October 7th in Samsun, October 14th in Bursa, October 20th in Antalya, October 21st in Izmir and October 22nd in Ankara. November trainings started in Istanbul on November 11th. Over 260 professionals from the industry participated the trainings which took place on November 17th in Erzurum, on November 19th in Trabzon, on November 24th in Adana and on November 26th in Elazığ.
Believing in the power of training in its business processes, Izocam continues to organize trainings with different theme each year, to contribute to the sector development. Through these trainings, Izocam aims to raise awareness in representatives of the industry. Within the scope of Izodemi trainings, one of the training programmes Izocam organizes for dealers and their customers, approximately 2800 people were reached in 128 training sessions.
