  • In which sector does the İzocam operate?
    • Our company was founded in 1965 as the leader of insulation sector and started to manufacture Glasswool after opening its first factory in 1967 in Gebze. Our company, which keeps on growing and developing since then, maintains its leading position in insulation sector with its technical consultancy services and wide range of products that offers protection against heat, cold, sound, fire and water.
  • When did the İzocam become a publicly held company?
    • Our company became a publicly held company on the date of 26.12.1985 and is being traded under the code of IZOCM at the Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST).
  • What is the partnership Structure of İzocam?
    • 95,07% of our shares belongs to İzocam Holding A.Ş. that was founded by the partnership of “Alghanim Izolasyon Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş” and “Saint Gobain Weber Yapı Kimyasalları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.”. Remaining 4,93% share is open to public and is being traded at BIST.
  • How the management strategy of the company is determined?
    • Board of Members determines the company strategies by making long and short term planning. During the planning processes in question, the markets that we operate in are studied, resources necessary to allocate for the needs are planned and decisions are made. The long-term plans of the company are designed as to include lustrum and to comprise the trends of past lustrum and they are completed within the first six-months of every year. Short-term plans are made for one-year period (budget), monitored on monthly period and revised four times in a year. The budget target of the company plays an important role in the evaluation of company performance.
  • Did İzocam receive a rating?
    • Our company signed a contract to receive “Corporate Governance Rating” and declared this situation on Public Disclosure Platform. Our rating that will be determined in consequence of the report compiled by rating institution shall be declared to the public contemporaneously.
    • As of now, our company has no plan to receive “Credit Rating”. The activities like this are announced through Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) where the stakeholders can reach the relevant information simultaneously.
  • Where can I get the information related with the company activities?
    • Our company uses the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) and company’s website (www.izocam.com.tr) for informing its stakeholders. Apart from this, “Investor Relations Unit” is established within the body of Financial and Administrative Affairs Vice Presidency for getting information about our company and activities.
    • Manager of Investor Relations Unit, Doruk Özcan, continues his full time duty as Assistant General Manager Finance and Administrative Affairs. Doruk Özcan is the holder of Capital Market Activities Advanced Level License and Corporate Governance Rating Certificate License.
  • Does the company plans to raise the capital or to purchase the shares back?
    • Our company has no decisions taken in this direction. These decisions are taken by the Board of Management and announced to all stakeholders contemporaneously through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
  • I have company shares, how can I get dividend?
    • The dividend policy of our company is to paying dividend to its partners an amount no less than the distributable profit accounted according to the Capital Market Board regulations while at the same time considering the long-term strategies, investment and finance plans and profitableness of the company. Company submits its dividend policy for shareholders’ review by a separate agenda item of Ordinary General Assembly and announces to stakeholders through the activity report and website.
  • How the prices of Izocam securities are determined?
    • Our company’s securities are traded under Borsa İstanbul (BIST) market. In BIST, the supply and demand created by investors, the long and short-term performance of the company, expectations and financial outcomes affects the prices of securities.
    • Our company’s Board of Management members, Executives and the Directors enjoying the privilege of accessing important data, signs a commitment letter stating that they will not purchase and sell the shares of the company, that they will keep these information secret and will not involve in activities designed to effect the security prices.
  • Where can I get the information related with General Assemblies?
    • As soon as the Board decision of holding General Assembly is taken, the required invitations and remarks are announced through KAP. Since 2013, the invitations and remarks, attendance and polls are executed by using Electronic General Board System within the body of Central Registry Agency.
    • Any shareholder that take the floor in General Assembly can opine on company activities, demand information by asking questions to company management and all the necessary answers and remarks are offered to him/her during the session.
